The Design Competition includes the following tracks: Architecture, Component Design, Conceptualization, Specification, and Testing Scenarios. Competitors will have from July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014 to compete and accumulate points leading up to the Finals being held at Pier 48 at AT&T Park in San Francisco, California on November 16 – 19, 2014. The top three scorers for each period will win this fabulous trip and the top twelve scorers overall will win the cash prizes!
First you must be a registered topcoder member. Register for topcoder here. Next you must register for the 2014 Topcoder Open. You may register for the tournament up until June 30, 2014 at 9:00 UTC -4.

The competition is free but you must be a member who is 18 years or older, as well as meet all eligibility criteria, in order to participate.
