【IT实习生】岗位职责

 

1. Install hardware and software for end users, including MS windows and MS office, etc.

2. Setting and maintaining common operating systems and application software of the company.

3. Provide IT support for end users, dealing with issues or failures of employees’ computers as well as other IT equipment, including Network, MS office, printer, projector, copy machine, video conference, telephone system, mobile phone, etc.

4. Apply and maintain user account for stores and office request.

5. Record and report IT issues, provide related information to find new solution.

6. Provide basic IT support for stores with remote desktop or onsite service.

 

【IT实习生】岗位要求

 

1. University/college education preferred major in computer electronics, communications, information management science.

2. Familiar with operating system management of Windows, and Windows domain management.

3. Understand local network and basic skills in network and computer maintenance.

4. Proficient in MS Windows applications and MS office.

5. Good skills in written English.

6. Good interpersonal skills.

7. Work at least three days a week, long term internship preferred.
