主题阐释(Theme Interpretation)
本届大赛以“时尚·演化”(Fashion · Evolution)为主题。青年设计师们的锐意逐新既响应了变化,亦推动了变化,也让更多人通过大赛看到了变化。从演化的视角审视时尚的历史积存、当下洞见与未来臆想,推动时尚在应对变化上的灵活、开放与包容。
本届大赛倡导在面料、服装、配饰等领域的时尚演变设计,通过设计理念的丰富想象,展现中国自信形象与国际开放包容心态,焕发时代光彩,共建时尚设计未来演进新生态。
The competition is themed “Fashion · Evolution”. Creation and innovation of those young designers not only echoes with, but also promotes the changes, giving more people an opportunity to see changes with their own eyes. From the perspective of evolution, we are able to delve into history, current insights and expectation of fashion, and further achieve the flexibility, openness and inclusiveness of fashion in the midst of changes. The competition advocates the evolution of textile printing design, fashion design and accessories design, and demonstrates China’s confidence, inclusiveness and openness through the diversified design concepts, with an aim to show the splendor of this new era and build a new ecosystem of fashion design for future evolution.

参赛对象(Participants)
本次大赛主要面向中国和意大利及全球时尚领域的青年设计创新者(年龄45周岁以下),包括但不限于艺术家、设计师、高校设计专业的师生、设计工作室和企业等。
The competition is open to innovative art practitioners under 45 years old from China, Italy and the rest of the world, including but not limited to artists, designers, college students and faculty members in the major of design, and employees of studios and companies.
赛道设置(categories)
面料设计 (Textile’s Printing Design)
聚焦时尚领域的纺织品印花图案设计创新,包括但不限于:服用纺织品印花设计与家用纺织品印花设计。
Focuses on new designs for textile printing patterns used for clothing, home and beyond.
服装设计Fashion Design
注重艺术性与功能性并重的创意日用时装设计。
Focuses on creative daily fashion designs with equal emphasis on artistry and function.
配饰设计 (Accessories Design)
创造时尚趋势与美好生活方式相结合的配饰产品,包括但不限于:鞋、帽、箱包、首饰等相关领域。
Focuses on designs for accessories that are both fashionable and practical, including shoes, hats, bags, jewelry and more.
参赛要求(Requirements)
1. 参赛作品应围绕大赛主题进行设计。
The entry should reflect the theme of the competition.
2. 参赛作品可以提交系列作品,以组稿形式参赛,组稿不多于5个作品。
The entry can be designed and submitted as a series, with up to five pieces of work.
3. 提交的设计作品必须是设计者原创作品,拥有完整的知识产权,且未曾公开正式发表。如出现抄袭、盗用等涉及著作版权纠纷问题,一经发现,将被取消参赛资格,由此引发的版权、著作权纠纷及法律问题,由参赛者自行承担。
The entry submitted should be the original work of the designer with complete intellectual property rights, and has not been officially published. In case of copyright disputes such as plagiarism and misappropriation, the entry will be disqualified from the competition. The copyright disputes and any litigation arising therefrom will be borne by the participants in question.
4. 参赛语言为中文或英文。
The working languages of the competition are Chinese and English.
5. 所有参赛报名材料(稿件、照片、视频等)一律不退,请
自留底稿。参赛选手拥有参赛作品的完整知识产权,组委会对参赛作品(含设计稿和成品)拥有公开发表权,包括宣传、展览、演出、出版发行等。
All submitted materials such as samples, photos, videos, etc., will not be returned. Participants are strongly advised to keep a copies of their works. Participants enjoy full ownership of their intellectual property rights. The organizing committee has the right to publish the entries (including drafts and final pieces), for purposes including publicity, exhibition, performance, publication, distribution, etc.
6. 选手参赛所需费用,均由选手自筹。
All of the expenses, and liability arising out of or relating to one’s participation in the Competition shall be borne by the participant himself/ herself.

The prizes, certificates, and trophies will be awarded by the organizing committee respectively;
获奖作品将保留参加未来在米兰设计周中意设计创新基地专题展览的资格。
The awarded works will qualify for the special exhibition to be held by the China-Italy Design Innovation Hub during the Milan Design Week.
版权与法律(Laws)
设计机构和主办方共同享有成果的版权。设计机构保留参赛所提交的设计文件的版权,主办方享有设计文件的使用权,供主办方仅用于本次竞赛工作的后续整合深化。未经主办方同意,设计机构不得将获奖方案用于其他项目。主办方有权对提交的所有设计成果进行无偿使用,包括在评审结束后公布评审成果,并通过传媒、专业杂志、专业书刊或其它形式介绍、展示及评价设计成果。所有应征文件在评审后不退还应征单位。
The copyright of design works should be shared by the design institution and the organizer. The design institution can always keep the copyright of its own design documents submitted in this competition, while the organizer shall have the right to use the design documents only when they use the documents solely for the purpose of the subsequent integration, furthering and deepening of the competition project. Without the consent of the organizer, the design institution shall not be allowed to use the winning scheme for any other project other than this one. The organizer is entitled to use all submitted design works for free, including announcement of the review result and the introduction, display and evaluation of the design works through the media, professional magazines, books or other forms after the review. None of the submitted design documents will be returned to the design institution after the review.
设计机构应保证设计成果中所有内容均为设计机构原创,不得包含任何侵犯第三者知识产权的资料。如发生侵权行为,将由涉及侵权的设计机构自行承担一切法律后果。
Design institutions shall ensure that all contents of the design submissions are originally developed by themselves and contain no data which may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of a third party. Otherwise the design institution involved in infringement will be held liable to bear all legal consequences.
主办单位提供的所有基础资料(包括:文字、图纸、电子数据等)均受版权保护。仅为本次征集活动使用,不得作其它用途,未得授权任何人不得将内容复制、改编、分发、发布、外借、转让,否则将依法追究其相应法律责任。
All basic materials (including: texts, drawings, electronic data and etc.) provided by the organizers are under copyright protection and can ONLY be used in this solicitation activity. They shall not be used for other purposes. Without due authorization, any organization or individual must not duplicate, adapt, distribute, release, lend or transfer the contents thereof; otherwise the corresponding party will be investigated for legal liability.
保密
征集及方案设计活动结束前,设计机构或其设计人员未征得主办单位的许可,不得以任何方式披露、公开或展示设计成果,否则将依法追究其相应法律责任,并取消其参与本次征集活动的资格。
Confidentiality: Before the end of competition, none of the design firms or their designers is allowed to disclose, make public or display the design submissions in any manner without the permission of the organizers; otherwise the corresponding party will be investigated for legal liability and disqualified for the competition.
相关知识产权条款及细则以后续签订的合同条款为准。
Regarding relevant intellectual property terms and detailed rules, the contract terms signed by the organizer and the finalist shall prevail.
