赛制细则 The Rules
采用6轮积分编排制。级位组、公开组直接决出前3名。段位组分为A、B两区，经6轮比赛产生各区前3名，再由A、B两区同名次选手决赛，决出前6名。
The tournament system is round-robin with six rounds. In the Kyu and open groups, the top 3 players will be decied after the first six rounds. The Dan group is divided into two subgroups A and B, and the top three players of each subgroup will be chosen to play in the finals. Equally ranked players of each subgroup will play in the Final matches.
对局前当场猜子，猜中者可任选黑白。黑贴8点，填满计点。
The player who guesses “odd” or “even” correctly, picks the color. Black pays White eight points by allowing four white stones to be placed in Black's territory at the beginning of the counting phase.
对局用时
段位组每方基本用时为1小时，可延时1次（延时10分钟罚2点）。级位组、公开组根据对局进程加钟限制，以双方共用2小时10分为限时。迟到20分钟作弃权论。
Timing:
For the Dan group, the basic time for each player is an hour. An additional 10 minutes can be requested if the player pays a penalty of 2 points to his opponent. This feature is only allowed once per player per game. For the Kyu and Open groups, the players will not be provided with a clock, and must finish the game within 2 hours and 10 minutes. If the game is not finished within that time, the judge may give the players a clock for overtime, depending on the circumstances. You will lose the game if you are late by 20 minutes.
名次确定
按“积分”排定名次。如积分相同，依次比较“对手分总和”-->“互相间胜负”-->“最高对手分”。如仍无法区分，则抽签决定。
Ranking:
The rankings are determined by primary and secondary scores. When players are tied on primary scores, the tie breaker is determined by the secondary scores, which are: SJH, BJH, SFH and BFH. The final rankings will be determined by lottery if the secondary scores are still equal.
